Here at RLA Coordination, we offer on-the-day wedding coordination services for couples who are excited to plan their wedding but don’t want to focus on the practical details on the day. We also offer friendly, expert advice to couples when making those more practical decisions so you feel supported throughout the process.

We want to provide the best service to you, so to simplify things, we offer one comprehensive package, which includes all the essentials for us to be able to run your wedding day as smoothly as possible.
What’s Included

As part of our package, we include a meeting or video call with you prior to communicating your timeline to your venue, so we can offer some suggestions or answer any practical questions.
Whilst you’re having fun planning all the details, you can reach out to us if you want help making a practical decision or if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by everything and just want to know where to start.
We’ll then meet again around 6 weeks before your wedding day, check-in and see how planning has been going and go through the finer details, so that we can coordinate your day through the lens of what matters most to you.

On the day, we’ll arrive up to 3 hours before your ceremony to help you with your final bits of prep, checking your venue has been set up to your plans and making sure you feel ready to walk down the aisle. Throughout the day we’ll support you by:
Being the key contact for suppliers and liaising with venue staff so you don’t have to.
Helping you and your wedding party know where they need to be and when.
Overseeing your ceremony including the entrance of the wedding party.
Keeping your day running smoothly, and as close to your schedule as possible.
Helping with buttonholes, lighting candles and many more things behind the scenes…
We’ll then stay until your first dance, or around 8PM (unless you want us to stay later!).
Pricing
Our Wedding Coordination package is £500 and includes the following:
Initial meeting prior to communicating your timeline to your venue
Practical advice & support via email or WhatsApp throughout the planning process
Meeting 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss your plans in detail and gather all the information we need.
On-the-day Coordination - arrival up to 3 hours before your ceremony until after your first dance (around 8PM).
Return Travel within 15 miles of Birmingham
Additional meetings & rehearsals (if required e.g. for a separate church ceremony) can be added to the package on request and we can also stay until the end of your evening for an additional fee.
For elopements or if you have less than 40 guests reduced rates may apply so please do get in touch so we can chat through your requirements.
For 2026 weddings, we are currently offering a 20% discount (excluding additional fees outlined below)

Mileage for weddings within 15 miles of Birmingham is included - after this it is charged at 45p per mile
Accommodation to be provided if the venue is more than 2 hours from Birmingham or 1 hour if you’ve asked us to stay until the end of the day.

Additional hour of on-the-day coordination - £50 per hour (per coordinator)
Rehearsal (e.g. for church ceremony) - price on request
Additional coordinator* - price on request
*For large, or complex weddings with multiple locations, a second coordinator is essential and will be added to your package at booking stage or final invoice stage.
