Who we are
Hi, I’m Rebekah - Wedding Coordinator & Founder of RLA Coordination.
A problem solver with a deep desire to help couples focus on what’s really important on the big day. I have worked in Weddings & Events for over 4 years and have plenty of experience working with couples as well as venues & suppliers. I also got married in 2024, so most of the questions you have about getting married, I’ve either been asked before or I’ve asked it myself! So stick with me, and I’ll help bring clarity to the joy-filled chaos of weddings.
I ‘coordinated’ my first wedding over 10 years ago for my best friend. Like every Maid of Honour, I wanted her to focus on enjoying her day, so I made it my responsibility to look after all the things I knew mattered. From making sure her lego cake toppers were set up correctly, ensuring her gifts were stored safely at the end of the evening and even fixing a dress mishap with my emergency sewing kit! Turns out, I was pretty good at it and since then I’ve loved any opportunity to support couples getting married and so RLA Coordination was born!
Hiring a coordinator is about taking the pressure off yourself and your wedding party. Instead of having to remember all those details you’ve spent hours planning, you can hand it all over and focus on being present with your loved ones (and your friends and family get to do the same)! I’ll meet your suppliers, make sure you and your bridal party are in the right place at the right time and solve problems behind the scenes to keep your day running smoothly.
I really love what I do - it’s such a joy getting to know couples and hearing all about your plans. Hopefully it helps you to feel relaxed, and means I can coordinate your wedding through the lens of what’s most important to you.
Weddings are a celebration of who we are and the love we have for one another, surrounded by our favourite people. So, the best thing you can do is be present and enjoy it - leave the rest to us!
